The only thing you really need to lose weight and keep it off is moderation and self-control. I still struggle with the self-control part, which is why I spend more money buying snack sizes instead of trusting myself to only eat a serving size of a big bag! 🙂

Very well written and easy to understand, thank you! This was more helpful than all those books I spent so much money on and all the hours spent trying to find “the best diet.” The problem is that it’s too hard to stick to all those diets where you have to totally change your normal style of eating. Your approach is much better.
